Use/Example of Use

- Seperation and quantitative analysis of Environment, Energy, Medicine, Compounds, Biomaterials (proteins, peptides, metabolites)
- Separation, refining, quantification, and profiling of natural ingredients
- Quantity of blood drug concentration and purity test of unknown substances included in the sample

Equipment Description

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an analysis method that separates non-volatile materials that are difficult to apply to gas chromatography by using differences in physicochemical reactivity such as adsorption and distribution between stationary phase and a liquid mobile phase and is widely used in a wide range of applications.
- Improved resolution and reduced analysis time by using smaller particle colums with optimized pumps operating up to 600bar
- It is composed of a UV-vis detector and detects a wide range of spectrum (190-680nm) with DAD(Diode Array Detector)
