Environmental Energy Mass Spectrometry Lab.

Article 1 (Purpose, etc.)
¨ç The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions for Service of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab (hereinafter referred to as ¡°General Terms and Conditions¡±) is to provide rights, obligations, and duties of users and Service of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab when users use the Internet related services provided by Service of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab (hereinafter referred to as the ¡°Services¡±).
¨è A person intending to become a user shall be deemed to have consented to the General Terms and Conditions if he or she presses the button ¡°Complete¡± after passing the processes specified by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab With respect to rights, obligations, and duties of users and Service of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab other than those specified in the General Terms and Conditions, the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea shall apply.

Article 2 (Definition of User)
¨ç A user refers to a person who has access to Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab, subscribe to membership of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab as a member under the General Terms and Conditions and receives services provided by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab

Article 3 (Subscription to Membership)
¨ç A person intending to become a user shall apply for subscription to membership by entering member information and pressing the button ¡°Complete¡± according to the subscription form specified by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab
¨è Unless a person applying for subscription to membership in Section 1 falls under each of the following cases, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall register the applicant as a member:
1. Where an applicant for subscription has previously lost his or her membership status under the General Terms and Conditions. However, an exception shall be made where three (3) years has elapsed after an applicant for subscription has lost his or her membership status and then, he or she has obtained approval of re-subscription to membership of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab
2. Where the registered content has entered false information, has failed to specify information, or has specified mistaken information.
3. Where it is otherwise found that registration as a member would cause a conspicuous trouble in Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab¡¯s technologies.
¨é An agreement for subscription to membership shall be formed at the time when Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab¡¯s approval arrives at a relevant applicant for subscription.
¨ê If there is a change in the content specified for member information in Section 1, a relevant member shall immediately correct and specify such a change(s).

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
¨ç Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall provide the following services to users:
Any and all services provided to members by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab by way of self-development or through a cooperation agreement with other companies.
¨è Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall notify users of the content of services to be changed and the date of provision of services in a way specified in Article 7 Section 2, and change and provide the services specified in Section 1.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
¨ç In the event that there are reasons including the repairs, checking, exchanges, and failures of information communications equipment including computers, or stoppage of communications, etc., Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may temporarily suspend the provisions of the Services, and may completely suspend the services presently provided by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab because of exchanges into new services and any other reason that Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab finds to be appropriate.
¨è As for suspension of the services under Section 1, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall notify users thereof in a way specified in the General Terms and Conditions. However, an exception shall be made where it is impossible to give a prior notice thereof due to suspension of the services beyond the control of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab (disk errors, system downs, etc. without willfulness or negligence of a relevant system manager, etc.).

Article 6 (Withdrawal from Membership, Disqualifications, etc. for Users)
¨ç Users may at any time request Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab to cancel their member registration (User¡¯s withdrawal from membership), and upon receipt of a relevant user¡¯s request, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall immediately take steps to cancel the user¡¯s member registration.
¨è In the event that a user falls under each of the following cases, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may restrict, discontinue or cancel his or her membership status in appropriate ways:
1. Where a user has entered false information when he or she applies for subscription to membership.
2. Where a user threatens electronic transaction orders by obstructing a third party¡¯s use of the services or misappropriating such information.
3. Where a user engages in activities prohibited under the laws and the General Terms and Conditions or against public orders and good morals.
¨é If Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab has decided to cancel a user¡¯s membership status, it shall cancel the user¡¯s member registration. In this case, it shall notify the user-member thereof before its cancellation of the user¡¯s member registration, and give him or her an opportunity to explain within thirty (30) days from the day of its receipt of the notice of cancellation.
¨ê If a user has no record of log-ins for using the services for three (3) consecutive months while using the services after having subscribed to membership under the General Terms and Conditions, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may impose restrictions upon the user.

Article 7 (Notification for Users)
¨ç In the event that Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab gives a relevant notice to a specific user, it may do so with the e-mail addresses the user has first entered in subscribing to membership of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab
¨è In the event that the General Terms and Conditions gives a relevant notice to unspecified and many users, it may replace individual notifications with posting the notifications on the bulletin board of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab

Article 8 (Users¡¯ Personal Information Protection)
¨ç Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall collect names, genders, addresses, contact information, dates of birth, etc. as the required personal information when users subscribe to membership of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab for the purpose of providing customized services.
¨è Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall make efforts to protect users¡¯ personal information including users¡¯ registration information as prescribed in relevant laws. With respect to personal information protection of users, relevant laws and the personal information protection policy of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall apply.

Article 9 (Duties of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab)
¨ç Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall not engage in activities prohibited under the laws and the General Terms and Conditions or against public orders and good morals, and shall make efforts to provide consistent and stable services as prescribed in the General Terms and Conditions.
¨è Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall establish a security system for protection of users¡¯ personal information (including credit information) to ensure that users can use the Internet services safely.
¨é Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall not send advertising e-mails for profitable purposes that users do not want receive.
¨ê Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall assume liabilities for compensating for damages incurred due to willfulness or gross negligence of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab when users use the services.
Article 10 (Duties on User IDs and Passwords)
¨ç Each user shall be responsible for controlling his or her ID and password except where Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab is held responsible therefor under relevant laws or the personal information protection policy.
¨è Users shall not cause a third party to use their IDs and passwords.
¨é Where a user¡¯s ID or password has been stolen or a user has become aware that a third party is using his or her ID or password, the user shall immediately notify Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab thereof and, if there are instructions given by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab, the user shall comply with the instructions.

Article 11 (Duties of Users)
¨ç Users shall not engage in each of the following activities:
1. Registering false information in applying for or changing membership subscription;
2. Changing information posted on Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab
3. Infringing upon or obstructing Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab¡¯s or other third parties¡¯ personality rights or intellectual property rights
4. Misappropriating other members¡¯ IDs
5. Posting chain letters or words soliciting subscription to a pyramid organization, or words that contain obscene or violent messages, images, voices, etc., or disclosing or posting any other information against public morals
6. Posting information for which posting is prohibited under relevant laws (computer programs, etc.)
7. Posting words that disguise or misrepresent Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab¡¯s employees or managers or misappropriate third parties¡¯ names
8. Posting materials that contain software viruses, other computer codes, files, or programs designed for obstructing or destroying normal operations of computer software, hardware , or telecommunication equipment
9. Distressing other users by stalking, etc.
10. Collecting, storing, and disclosing personal information of other users without their consent
11. Engaging in activities for profitable purposes by using services of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab by way of posting advertisements or public promotions for unspecified and many people, etc.; or 12. Violating the general terms and conditions for the services provided by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab or any other service use related provisions.
¨è If a user has engaged in any activity specified in Section 1, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may restrict, discontinue or cancel the user¡¯s membership status in an appropriate way as specified in Article 6 Sections 2 and 3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
¨é A user shall be responsible for compensating for damages incurred to Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab or other users due to the user¡¯s fault.

Article 12 (Deletion of Posted Materials)
¨ç Where a user¡¯s posted materials fall under each of the following cases, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may delete such posted materials without prior notice and restrict, discontinue, or cancel the user¡¯s membership status:
1. Maligning other users or third parties or undermining reputation by slander;
2. Distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. in violation of public morals;
3. Any content that is found to be related to criminal activities;
4. Any content that infringes upon other user¡¯s or third parties¡¯ copyrights and any other rights;
5. Any other content that is found to violate relevant laws; or
6. Any content that causes a religious or political dispute, and obstructs or is found to obstruct businesses of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab as a result of such a dispute.
¨è In the event that based on infringement of legal interests resulting from a user¡¯s posted materials, any other user or a third party brings civil and/or criminal legal action (for example, request for injunction, claim for damages) against the user or Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab, and at the same time, requests deletion of posted materials relating to the legal action, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may provisionally restrict access to relevant posted materials until a determination as to the legal action (for example, the prosecution, a court¡¯s decision for injunction, a judgment for compensation of damages) is rendered.

Article 13 (Vesting of and Use Restrictions on Copyrights)
¨ç The copyrights and any other intellectual property rights to the works created by Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab shall be vested in Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab
¨è Users shall not use any information they have obtained in using Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab for profitable purposes or cause a third party to use such information by way of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or any other method, without prior approval of Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab

Article 14 (Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions)
¨ç Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may amend the General Terms and Conditions without violating relevant laws, including the Act on Regulation, etc. of General Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, etc.
¨è However, if any amendment thereto is unfavorable to users, it shall be publicly announced from thirty (30) days before the date of application until the day immediately preceding the date of application.
¨é Users shall have the right to reject the General Terms and Conditions as amended. Users may express their intention to reject within fifteen (15) days after the General Terms and Conditions as amended are publicly announced. If a user rejects it, Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab may terminate a relevant agreement with the user. If a user does not express his or her intention to reject within fifteen (15) days after the General Terms and Conditions as amended are publicly announced, he or she shall be deemed to have consented thereto.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction)
Any dispute relating to the use of services that has occurred between Environment Energy Mass Spec. Lab and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit regarding such a dispute shall be brought to a court of the Republic of Korea that has proper jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Addenda
The General Terms and Conditions shall be applicable from March 1, 2006.
