Use/Example of Use

- Seperation and quantitative analysis of Environment, Energy, Medicine, Compounds, Biomaterials (proteins, peptides, metabolites)
- Separation, refining, quantification, and profiling of natural ingredients
- Quantity of blood drug concentration and purity test of unknown substances included in the sample

Equipment Description

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an analytical method that separates non-volatile substances, which are difficult to apply to gas chromatography, using differences in physicochemical reactivity, such as adsorption and distribution between a stationary phase and a liquid mobile phase, and is widely used in a wide range of applications.
- 2489 UV/Vis Detector provides high sensitivity, measuring absorbance at up to two wavelengths
- The fluorescence detector is a selective detector for detecting substances with fluorescence properties, and is used for analysis of trace samples due to its high sensitivity
