Use/Example of Use

- Compounds that dissolve in organic solvents, OLED
- Separations of structurally similar chiral and achiral compounds.

Equipment Description

The ACQUITY UPC2 system separates each component contained in the liquid mixture in a short time using a solvent stationary phase and a supercritical carbon dioxide mobile phase for a liquid mixture sample, and identifies it using a PDA detector.
- Based on the principle of normal-phase LC, the ease of use of reversed-phase LC is realized.
- Separation and quantification of structural analogs, isomers, enantiomers, and diastereomeric mixtures by precisely varying the strength, pressure, and temperature of the mobile phase
